Every morning we soak 3 tablespoons of Anutra ground whole grain and add to a large cup of filtered water, you can add to juice, water, energy drinks or smoothies. Soaked chia seeds are easier to digest and helps you feel fuller for longer. Makes an excellent thickener to soups and stews, can replace an egg without effecting texture of taste.
